CANCELLATION POLICY
Scheduling / Rescheduling / Cancellation Policies: ● A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. ● Deposits may only be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled at least 96 hours (4 days) before the original appointment time. ● After the 72-hour mark, clients will be charged 50% of the service price to reschedule or cancel. ● Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee for the scheduled service. ● I kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. ● Any no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service. Late policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the full service fee will still apply, and your appointment may be shortened/ modified to accommodate the schedule. Extra guests/children Policy: No extra guests. To ensure a safe and relaxing environment for you all our guests, please avoid bringing children or extra guest to your appointment.
